Description:
I tried for years to have babies. After 5 IVF cycles I was pregnant with twins. The end of my pregnancy I developed pre-eclampsia which went untreated. During delivery my placenta had to be scraped out which led to hemmoraging. When I was released from the hospital with no real check up by a doctor, I was rushed back to the emergency room in congestive heart failure caused by PPCM, peri partum cardiomyopathy. I would have died in my sleep if I didn't get to the emergency room. I am still haunted by this on a daily basis but am trying to heal and enjoy every day with my babies because some are not so lucky.
