Resources determine how many mothers are saved

I'm in charge of a rural hospital in Sironko, Eastern Uganda. Mothers are referred late, in very poor conditions, very bad transport means and lack communication. Most have never seen or heard of a mama kit. Contraceptive use, ANC attendance and hospital deliveries are very low. Mothers need sensitization and access to simple tools like mama kits. We also need to make hospitals
