Chittagong Hill Tracts region located in the south-east corner of Bangladesh which consists of three districts with approximately 10% area and 1% population of the country, has remained largely outside the mainstream of development assistance for more than 25 years due to instability in the area. The hilly nature of the topography and the presence of 13 different tribal groups make the hill tracts different in many ways from rest of the country. - Minimal safe hygienic behaviour and environmental sanitation negative impact on health ,climate change, globalization, conflict, and emergent and re-emergent disease is considerable impact the livelihoods and health of poor people of this area, lost of productivity, impaired quality of life
