Avoid exercising two hours before bed

Physical activity and exercise will greatly enhance your sleep quality. In this case, any exercise is better than none. If your only option is to exercise before bed then this is still the best course of action, but if you have the option to exercise earlier in the day you will reap the benefits when it's time to sleep.
